Hi, we are a small static caravan site in Ingoldmells, nr Skegness with 19 plots.

We open on 15th March each year and close on 31st October.

We charge site rent for plots up to 30″ x 10″  at £1850 / year and for plots up to 38″ x 12″  at £2050 / year

Connection, Disconnection and Relocation Charges

A deposit of £100.00 to be paid at the end of the season.
Electric meter to be read at the end of the season.
Electric charges & deposit to be paid before the park closes.

Connection charge for all services is £200.
Disconnection charge for all services is £200.
Relocation charge, includes disconnection, relocation to another pitch on the park and reconnection to all services £600.

Transfer charge is £1,500
